Examples of confirmed cases include:

• A LINE chat room where a third party impersonates an employee of our company and provides stock information while referring to themselves as a “lecturer.”
• Individuals solicited through Instagram and other social media platforms and encouraged to subscribe to high-priced monthly services falsely claiming to be affiliated with our company.

We would like to emphasize that our company does not, including the cases described above, solicit investments or provide investment advice through social media platforms.
